The Training & Placement Cell of our institution plays a pivotal role in counseling and guiding the students for their successful career placement which is a crucial interface between the stages of completion of academic program of the students and their entry into the suitable employment. In addition to campus placements, the Training and Placement Cell organizes Professional Development programs like mock interviews, group discussions, pre-placement talks, interactive sessions with industrial experts, case studies etc. and Personality Development programs covering communication skills, presentation skills, career planning etc., on a regular basis to enable the students to acquire the necessary traits to become saleable to industries.

SYSITS has proved its mettle among the other Engineering, Science & Management institutes in the Malwa region with the recent updates on Placements 2019-20. The multitude of offers from industries has given opportuity to students from all domain. There has been more than 33 companies On & Off Campus for the students to get placed. The highest package for this placement session is Rs.12.4 LPA. Owing to many good intership prformances by the students, the corporates have turned-up ver soon for final placements. This placement season witnessed a commendable increase in the tie-ups with industries and training institutes.
